Returns and Exchanges:

We Understand that sometimes you may reconsider your Sockiety purchase. That’s why we’ve got you covered. Purchases made within 30 days can be returned, subject to the terms and conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, or in compliance with applicable local laws.

Terms and Conditions:

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Sockiety’s discretion. This includes assessing whether the item(s) meets the criteria of being unworn and unwashed, with the aim of providing the best experience for our customers. Any suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior, such as excessive or unreasonable returns, may lead to the refusal of future transactions or returns. Refunds issued beyond the 30-day period or without proof of purchase will be credited to a Sockiety gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
